Email our team regarding your refund or exchange. Include your name, tracking number, and reason of contact. Allow 24-48 hours for our response to your email.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in it's original packaging. We are not responsible for any additional fees.

Refunds via card, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund process. All shipping fees are non refundable. We will refund on your order when items have arrived to us and according to our policy if item is in good care.

Any kind of sales, including festivity sales or anniversary sales are FINAL, also, non refundable and non exchangeable.
